  • Final charges may vary due to fuel surcharges, customs duties, taxes, port fees, or regulatory changes beyond our control.

  • Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change if shipment details are modified.

Customers are responsible for confirming shipment details before finalizing bookings.

3. Shipment Processing Time

  • Shipment processing begins once required documentation, payment, and cargo are received and confirmed.

  • Processing times may vary depending on service type, destination, customs requirements, and carrier schedules.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, port congestion, customs inspections, or force majeure events.

Abiet Logistics will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays when they arise.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines provided are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • Transit times depend on carrier schedules, destination country regulations, and customs clearance processes.

  • Abiet Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, government agencies, or third-party carriers.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring shipments comply with destination country regulations.

  • Customs duties, taxes, inspections, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the sender or recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Inaccurate or incomplete documentation may result in delays, fines, or seizure of goods.

Abiet Logistics may assist with customs documentation but does not control customs approval decisions.

6. Packaging and Cargo Requirements

  • Customers are responsible for proper packaging unless packing services are arranged through Abiet Logistics.

  • Improperly packaged goods may be refused or shipped at the customer’s risk.

  • Certain items may be restricted or prohibited depending on destination regulations.

Please consult with us prior to shipping high-value, fragile, or restricted items.

7. Insurance and Liability

  • Shipping insurance is not automatically included unless explicitly requested and confirmed in writing.

  • Abiet Logistics’ liability, if any, is limited in accordance with applicable carrier terms, international conventions, and governing laws.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from improper packaging, customs inspections, acts of God, or third-party carrier actions.

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase shipping insurance for valuable items.

8. Returned, Refused, or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable:

  • Additional charges may apply for storage, return shipping, or disposal

  • Any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on carrier and service terms

9. Cancellations and Changes

  • Once a shipment is in transit, cancellations may not be possible.

Abiet Logistics acts as a logistics facilitator and does not own or operate all transport services directly. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
